Shipping Policy

Dispatch & Delivery

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai via our courier partners.

● Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address

used at checkout.

● Orders typically reach customers within 15–30 days.

● Shipping and handling charges vary depending on the product, packaging, size,

volume, and other factors. These charges are displayed at checkout, before

payment is made, so you know the total cost upfront.

Cash on Delivery

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders.

Delivery Requirements

● Goods must be signed for upon delivery. If you're unable to be present, please

arrange for an alternative person to receive it on your behalf. Please note that

Sleep Therapy is not responsible for goods signed for by an alternative recipient.

● Some courier partners may require an OTP to complete delivery. This OTP is sent

to the mobile number provided at the time of placing the order and must be

shared with the delivery agent to complete the handover.

Damages & Shortages

Sleep Therapy is not responsible for any damage occurring after delivery has been

completed. Any claims for shortages or damage must be reported to us within 48 hours

of the delivery date.
