Sleep has always been the original therapy. It restores the body. It quiets the mind. It puts you back together again. And somehow, it's the one ritual we keep pushing to the bottom of our list.
We get it — we've lived it too. Answer the email. Catch the last train. Squeeze in one more thing before bed.Somewhere along the way, rest stopped being a priority and became a compromise. We started Sleep Therapy to push back on that. Not loudly. Just a room, a ritual, a reason to slow down at the end of the day.
Why we Started
We spend nearly a third of our lives in bed. And yet, it's the room we think about least. We'll spend hours choosing a sofa, agonising over paint colours for the living room, and give barely a thought to the one space actually responsible for restoring us, “OUR BED”.
So we built Sleep Therapy — luxury bedsheets made for how people actually sleep. Not how a catalogue imagines it. And made for how we actually live here in India: our heat, our humidity, our seasons, our rhythm.
We won't stand here and tell you our sheets are the therapy. That's sleep's job, not ours. What we've built is the setting for it, a fabric that feels right against your skin, a weave that breathes instead of trapping heat, a drape that feels considered rather than accidental. We just make sure everything's ready when sleep decides to show up.

Crafted with Purpose
For us, luxury doesn't begin when a package lands on your doorstep. It begins much earlier — in a hundred small decisions nobody ever sees. We choose every fabric for how it feels, how it breathes, how it ages. Not because it photographs well for a catalogue. Because it needs to perform, night after night, on an actual Indian night.
The weave. The stitching. The fold. The finish. We've come to believe real craftsmanship isn't about looking good on day one — it's about still feeling exceptional years in. That's why we work with durable, natural fibres, and design pieces meant to last rather than be replaced next season.
